We believe that on-the-job training for engineers continues the technical base achieved at university, further, it supports our results oriented approach to success. As such, Agrium Wholesale has developed a four-year Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Program to combine both university and on-the-job experience for a well-rounded technical training. | ||
